These quick Paleo “Peanut” Noodles are made from rutabaga and are surprisingly similar to actual noodles. They work beautifully with the cashew and tahini sauce to create a creamy vegan and paleo recipe.
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil, for frying
 - 2 pieces cinnamon stick
 - 4 bay leaves
 - 4-6 cardamom pods, lightly crushed
 - 1 star anise
 - ¼ tsp fenugreek seeds
 - 1 tsp salt
 - 2 onions, chopped
 - 1 tbsp garlic paste
 - 1 tbsp ginger paste
